Just a stones throw away are superb beaches stretch to the Mediterranean in front of attractive promenades with waterfront cafes, bars and restaurants.
Walk on the wild side and visit the Adventure Parks like The Crocodile Park in Torremolinos, the Selwo Park in Estepona and the Biopark in Fuengirola all of which are for those who are animal and nature lovers. The Alameda Park is packed with tropical flowers, fountains and striking statues, and the Bonsai Museum, showcasing perhaps the best collection of bonsai trees and wild olive trees in the world.
A great escape from the coast is a day trip to Ronda. It is a very scenic drive through the mountains and there are many beautiful sights once you arrive.
For those who like it a bit bumpy and fun a Jeep Safari would be the call. On board spacious open roof Land Rovers, you will discover the beauty of the UNESCO Nature Park Sierra de las Nieves. Enjoy the sunshine, Spanish flora and fauna and fresh mountain air.
